    This course concentrates on building up your assertiveness skills

    Learn how to say no

    Assertion means standing up for what you want!

    Walking Group

    Why not make new friends and get fit, join our Walking Group ladies who leave the centre on a Monday and Thursday at 1.30pm for a short local walk, then back to the centre for a coffee.
